The Outline report provides the
ability to view your rates of accessibility
compliance across each course module.
This Outline reports table data can
be usually downloaded as the following,
however this is dependent on your Moodle
site's admin settings for which download
options are enabled:
- Comma separated values (.csv)
- Microsoft Excel (.xlsx)
- HTML table
- Javascript Object Notation (.json)
- OpenDocument (.ods)
- Portable Document Format (.pdf)
Viewing the Outline report
The Outline report can be accessed
via:
- Course actions menu > More > Reports
> Accessibility outline report
- Accessibility+ Review block > View
Accessibility+ outline report (Area chart
icon)
The Outline report displays the
following details for each course
module:
- Section: the section number.
- Type: the course module icon.
- Name: the course module name.
- Check status: passed or failed.
- Errors: the total number of errors.
- Actions -
- Edit: edit link for the course
module.
- View: view link, which brings you to
the Errors page for the error
details.
