Description of areas and how they
work with checks
An area is one specific area of
editable HTML content being displayed to
users
on the Moodle site. For instance, we have
the
choice module, which contains a variety of
HTML content, which needs to be edited by
a
teacher.
Hence, we have several targetable
areas which identify all the different
HTML
content areas within this one example
choice
module, including:
- Name (255 characters, can contain HTML
tags).
- Intro / Description (HTML editor
area).
- Multiple choice options (text, can
contain
HTML tags, however these do get
stripped
out).
